The Village at Five Parks was first started in 2002 when Village homes began marketing a community of 625 homes, shops, and offices that would offer something for people in all stages of life. 15 years later, a vibrant community has emerged that includes parks, community space, work-out facilities, swimming pool, an elementary school, shopping, office space, coffee shops and restaurants and more.
Village homes has built some beautiful single family homes with front porches, charming decor, modern kitchens, and energy efficient features. There are also affordable townhomes and condos in the community for those who do not want to worry about maintaining their own yard, or external maintenance. HOA fees vary from $65 a month for a single family home up to $260 a month for a condo with external maintenance.
There are many ongoing activities in the community from summer concerts, workshops, cooking classes, fitness classes, book clubs and much more. Five Parks has a strong community feel and the small downtown shopping area only adds to the opportunity to connect with your neighbors. Jacks Bar and Grill, Steamers Coffee, and Marcos Pizza are a few local restaurant options.
Students in the community can go to Meiklejohn Elementary right in the community, and the community feeds into Oberon Middle School and Ralston Valley High School.

The community is located 15 minutes from I 70, and is 7 miles east of highway 93. Boulder is 15miles Northwest, Flatirons Shopping Center is a few miles North, and new building is happening all around Five Parks now. Over time, there will even be a grocery store nearby. Stanley Lake Trail and Lake access is just down the road, and there are lots of biking trails throughout the community.
